I love adding greenery in almost every room as a way to add more nature and life to a room. You don’t have to have a green thumb to incorporate greenery into your home. I personally love adding faux greenery because it’s low maintenance and lasts forever.
You can add greenery to any room in your home; yes, even a bathroom. There are no rules on where you can’t and can add greenery or how to style it. In my opinion, the messier the better. I love when greenery in a vase looks just like it just came off a tree.

Entryway/ Foyer
I love adding greenery right where your guests walk in and having it be the first thing they see. What a way to make a statement! This is the perfect place to put that huge branch you just cut off the tree in your backyard. Consider adding a faux tree in your entryway if you have limited space.
Living Room
In living rooms consider adding greenery to your coffee table styling or built-ins. I love the idea of adding a large faux tree in an empty corner.
Kitchen and Dining Room
When it comes to adding greenery in a kitchen I love adding mini olive trees or herbs to the room. This is the perfect way to add some green in a functional setting, especially when it comes to herbs. This is also the perfect place to add any live plants you have since kitchens are usually brighter and you’re more likely to remember to water the plant.
When it comes to dining rooms I love seeing a large scale faux tree in an empty corner to bring some height to a room where the furniture is lower to the floor.
Bathroom
I love adding greenery to a bathroom vanity to add some nature to the space. This is the perfect place to put plants that like humidity and sun if you have a bathroom that lets in a lot of sunlight. Adding eucalyptus to your shower may be overrated but this is an awesome way to add nature to your bathroom, especially if you don’t have the vanity room or a bright bathroom.
Bedroom
In bedrooms you can add greenery to your nightstand, dresser, and of course, to the floor. When it comes to bedroom greenery I like to go with faux rather than real just because I always forget to water plants that get placed there.
Home Office
I would opt to make your home office cozier by adding some greenery, especially if you work from home full time. Adding nature and life to a home office makes all the difference!
Laundry and Mud Rooms
It may seem strange to add greenery to a laundry room but just trust me on this, it will make a huge difference in your space. Adding greenery is perfect in these spaces especially if they’re too small to add other decor.
I have rounded up some of my favorite faux trees and stems for you!
